Pantex Dress Ltd. was founded by Mrs. Morshada Ibrahim, Chairman and Mr. Md. Abdul Mozid Khan, Managing Director of the company, in the year 2000 to manufacture Knitwear garments for the international market. Right from inception the policy of the company has been to provide total customer satisfaction by offering quality knitwear in time. To meet the commitments of quality and prompt delivery, Pantex decided to integrate the manufacturing processes in a planned manner. Over the years the entire process has been integrated by importing sophisticated machinery from world-renowned manufacturers. With the assurance of their quality management systems Pantex Dress Ltd. has been assessed and registered against the following quality assurance standard/s on dated 2ND October 2002:

1350 (Approx) employees reinforce Pantex’s core strength of planned infrastructure. Those form the backbone of the company. Employees are trained with team culture by a in - house management consultant. Departments are headed by qualified and experienced managers assisted by executives who undergo continuous training, attend development workshops and are exposed to the new developments in the industry. Professional management with clear delegation of authority and responsibilities enable swift response and decision making at all levels.
Working on new concepts in styling and content of the knitwear is a continuous activity in Pantex with an objective to up the quality and the value of merchandise. Since 2001, the year in which International business was started, Pantex concentrated all its strengths and resources in developing a wide range of knitwear for the international market. Though young - today, Pantex has a wide Buyer range in the globe that includes - TAPE A L’OEIL, HAV, JAPAN RAGS, PIMKIE, BRICE, MED, ZERO, CECIL, TOM TAILOR, US POLO, SERGENT MAJOR, PHILDAR, L.P.P, CACHE CACHE, BACK STAGE,  CAMIEU, BONOBO, OVIESSE (OVS) & BIZ BEE.

Uniqueness of Pantex lies in its clearly defined quality policy and management structure and the capability to offer a wide range of knitwear including a full range of products for - Men, Ladies, Kids such as Polo Shirt, Sports Shirts, T - Shirts, Sweat Shirt, Shorts and Trousers. Our Knitting machines are equipped to produce all kinds of fabrics, such as Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Pique, La’Coste, Interlock, Rib, French Terry, Drop needle of other structure looks with or without spandex.
